Whether she is leading a multi-stakeholder discovery process, developing business and operational strategy, or quietly advising leaders through change, Chrys is known for asking the questions that surface what people really need — and then building the structures, practices, and frameworks that drive toward solutions.

At Invest in Open Infrastructure, she works on research and client engagements and leads product direction of the open infrastructure decision-making tool Infra Finder. Previously, she scaled operations at GitHub Sponsors, grew technologist engagement and formalized open source practices at The New York Times, and collaborated with non-profit institutions including The New York Public Library, the Knight Foundation, and the Gates Foundation.
