Inspired by the Open Access Tracking Project, the Invest in Open Infrastructure (IOI) team started the Open Infrastructure Tracking Project (OITP) to monitor news and commentary related to open infrastructure.
OITP runs on TagTeam, an open-source, collaborative tagging platform. TagTeam allows everyone interested to tag online resources, help organize the tagged resources, and follow feeds of tagged items (for example, see OITP’s Twitter feed).
We hope that OITP can become a community-sourced, comprehensive newsfeed to help grow awareness of open infrastructure efforts and lead to more strategic coordination.
For that, we are running our first OITP tagger onboarding call. Join us to learn more about the project, learn to use TagTeam, and meet others passionate about open infrastructure!
