IOI’s tools and recommendations are developed in collaboration with stakeholders – institutional decision makers, infrastructure service providers, and funders – to ensure that the solutions center and balance their needs, and are actionable and practical.

Supporting the implementation of open science policies

Our tool and recommendation development supports the implementation of recommendations included in UNESCO’s Open Science Declaration, the Nelson memo, G7 Communique, EU Council guidance, and other global, regional, and national policies.
